The Parallel is a health service for young people (aged 11 to 19). The service gives information and confidential advice on young people's health and wellbeing including sexual, physical and emotional health. This includes providing contraception and family planning services.

You can talk to staff at The Parallel about any concerns you might have about drugs and/or alcohol use, whether it's your own or somebody else's.
