Your Case Manager will talk through the options with you and help you decide whether is the best option for you.
If you, together with your Case Manager, decide a residential rehabilitation is the most suited option for you, an assessment and referral for a residential rehabilitation will be arranged and managed as part of the support you receive by the Bolton Integrated Drug and Alcohol System.
What will happen if I go to a residential rehabilitation?
Nobody should enter residential rehabilitation without full assessment and discharge plan in place - your Case Manager, together with yourself, will decide on the best place to go to meet your needs and they will continue your care and support upon discharge from the facility. During your stay your Case Manager will keep in contact with you and the facility and make sure you are fully supported and given the skills and confiende to maintain a substance free/problem free life.
Please speak to your Case Manager for further details if you think this is a suitable option for you.
